The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning and disinfection services for the wards and other units of Powiatowy Szpital im. Alfreda Sokołowskiego in Złotów. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annexes 3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 4 to SWZ. The works covered by the subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations in this area, and the materials used for the implementation of the subject of the contract should have the appropriate characteristic cards, declaration of conformity and CE certificate, for disinfectant preparations which are biocidal products – the Minister of Health's permit for the trade in biocidal products allowing their use in health service facilities.
