3. Description of the subject of the contract 3.1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery of devices for examining the physicochemical properties and interactions of recombinant proteins to the Contracting Authority's premises. The detailed delivery location is specified in the contract annex 7 to SWZ. 3.2. The Contracting Authority informs that the subject of the contract has been divided into three parts, namely: a) part no. 1 – Device for measuring macromolecule interactions using bio-layer interferometry (BLI) – 1 unit b) part no. 2 – Device for measuring protein stability using nano differential scanning fluorimetry (nanoDSF) – 1 unit c) part no. 3 – Device for measuring particle size/potential zeta using dynamic light scattering (DLS) – 1 unit. 3.3. The term "delivery" shall mean the delivery of original, factory-new equipment to the Contracting Authority's premises. 3.4. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers. The Contractor may submit an offer for one, two, or several parts of the subject of the contract. 3.5. A detailed description of the required parameters of the subject of the contract is provided in annex no. 1 to SWZ (Price and product schedule). The Contractor may propose products with better technical, quality, and functional parameters than those specified by the Contracting Authority. 3.6. Submitting an offer for a device that does not meet all the parameters or has worse parameters than those specified in annex no. 1 to SWZ (Price and product schedule) will result in the offer being rejected. 3.7. The term "delivery" shall mean the delivery of original, factory-new, unused equipment to the Contracting Authority's premises, assembly, installation, calibration, commissioning, and positive acceptance of the commissioned device. The Contractor bears the cost of transport including insurance. The Contractor must provide all user manuals and service manuals (if applicable) with the delivered equipment.
