Czechia – Medical software package – FNMH - Upgrade MR Philips Achieva 1,5 T

The subject of this public contract is the supply of a software and hardware upgrade for the existing Philips Achieva dStream 1.5 T magnetic resonance device, which is owned by the contracting authority, involving the implementation of modern reconstruction technologies using accelerated scanning and reconstruction algorithms with artificial intelligence support (Compressed SENSE and AI-based reconstruction) in the latest version, in accordance with the tender conditions. Reconstruction methods for noise and artifact reduction and for increasing spatial resolution using artificial intelligence (e.g. SmartSpeed + Super Resolution) will be implemented for all areas of the human body in the full range offered by the manufacturer in both 2D and 3D with real-time reconstruction (reconstruction time < data acquisition time). The possibility of choosing the level of image influence using artificial intelligence. Compressed sensing methods will be extended for all compatible sequences offered by the manufacturer (including MRA, 3D, DCE, sequences with radial data acquisition trajectory, DWI), advanced acceleration techniques with uniform sampling technology to space, including the relevant reconstruction algorithms. The supplier must offer the most modern technology offered by the manufacturer for this device by the date of submission of the tender. The upgrade requires a hardware exchange, does not require construction modifications. The upgrade of the existing examination protocols will be carried out together with the supply. Further subject to the subject of the fulfilment are: (i.) installation of the upgrade and its commissioning, including verification of its functionality, carrying out all prescribed tests and tests; (ii.) instruction/training of medical personnel will be carried out by a person authorized under Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on health care devices and in vitro diagnostic health care devices, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 375/2022 Coll." or "ZZP"); (iii.) warranty service of the upgrade, which will be carried out by a person authorized to perform this activity, and that on the basis of a manufacturer's certificate of training of a service technician according to Section 44–46 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.
