The subject of the public procurement contract is the supply, support and development of software for the comprehensive administration of the activities of the City Police of Pardubice (MPP). The supplier of the subject of the public procurement contract is a supplier pursuant to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZKB") and Decree No. 410/2025 Coll., on security measures of a regulated service provider in a lower obligation regime, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "VKB"). The supplier will have to comply with all obligations arising from the ZKB, VKB and related legal regulations, effective during the performance of the subject of the public procurement contract.
