Czechia – Medical information systems – EHEALTH V NEMOCNICÍCH SKUPINY NEMOCNICE PLZEŇSKÉHO KRAJE – DODÁVKA NIS, ESB A INTEGRACÍ (2. vyhlášení)

The subject of the public procurement is the development of digitalization, standardization and interoperability in all the hospitals of the Group of Hospitals of the Plzeň Region (NPK). The subject of the supplies for individual subjects according to their specializations is the hospital information system (NIS), the supply and implementation of an integration platform (ESB) for eHealth, which will ensure the sharing of medical documentation between the hospitals of NPK, the connection of hospital information systems to exchange networks, and central digital services of electronic healthcare (IDRR). The aim of the modernization and consolidation of the systems of the hospitals of NPK is the uniform standardization of electronic healthcare documentation, uniform implementation of identifiers of electronic healthcare and the use of reference data from master registries, uniform connection to central services of electronic healthcare and services of exchange networks for the exchange and sharing of electronic health records of medical documentation with authorized recipients through information systems and technologies. The subject of the fulfillment also includes the modernization of the existing NIS at Stodská nemocnice, a.s. A variant solution is the replacement of the existing system. The final solution will be decided during the JŘSU. Part of the supplies of the integration platform (ESB) are interfaces and services for connection to the infrastructure of systems and services of the Accredited Affinity Domain (AAfD), the National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH) and the Integrated Data Interface for Electronic Healthcare (IDRR), or to other central services. The fulfillment of the VZ also includes service services for a period of 48 months for modernized information systems, application software, related technologies and equipment.
