Within the scope of the construction works, a comprehensive renovation of the building's exterior and the ground-floor interior, including associated spaces, is planned so that, after the construction modifications, the object meets current regulations in the areas of heating, safety, and moisture conditions of operation. The object is partially three-storey and partially four-storey. Its overall reconstruction is proposed, consisting of the replacement of window and door openings, insulation of the facade, and replacement of the roof covering. Within the scope of the construction works, systemic defects of the building, such as dampness of the masonry, damaged waterproofing, hardened surfaces around the object, and minor layout adjustments, will also be addressed.
