France – Social work services – Prestation de service social du travail pour le CEA/CESTA

This public contract concerns the provision of social assistance services, delivered through the involvement of one or more social assistants, holding at least a DEASS diploma. The workplace social assistant, referred to as the AS hereafter, exercises a qualified helping profession defined and regulated by law (Art L. 411-1 et seq. of the Social Action and Family Code and the Labour Code - Art L. 4631-1 and L. 4631-2) and subject to professional secrecy (Art. L. 226.13 and L. 226.14 of the Penal Code). In accordance with their code of ethics, the AS acts with absolute respect for the private life, rights, values, and freedom of each CESTA employee. In carrying out the tasks entrusted to them under the contract, the AS performs professional acts that engage their responsibility through their choices and decisions, which take into account the law and social policies, in accordance with the CEA's procedures and in the best interests of its employees. The contract will be awarded for a maximum period of 5 years: three firm years (lots 1 to 3) + two optional years (lots 4 and 5). An optional outgoing reversibility phase of 1 month, integrated into the last month of the current lot. Thus, the services are broken down by post as follows: -Post 1: lump sum: social service provision (firm years 1 to 3) -Post 2: lump sum: social service provision (optional year 4) -Post 3: lump sum: social service provision (optional year 5) -Post 4: lump sum: outgoing reversibility (optional and integrated into the last month of the current lot) -Post 5: BPU: travel in the Paris region.
