Denmark – Construction work – GENERISK IV SAMT DOMICILER – TAULOV DRY PORT A/S

The Contracting Authority wishes, through the present tender, to receive tenders for the design and execution of "Generic VI and domiciles", which is a warehouse and logistics center that Taulov Dryport A/S is constructing in the area of Hertugens Kvarter in Taulov. The Contracting Authority wishes to develop a dynamic, high-quality and future-proof building that reflects and supports the development of Taulov Dryport as Denmark's leading hub for transport and logistics. The present document contains conditions and guidance on the submission of applications and tenders for this task. The Contracting Authority's requirements for the contract terms are set out in the draft for the total enterprise contract in the tender material, while the requirements for the service are detailed in the tender material, including the construction programme incl. annex. The tender is carried out in accordance with the Public Sector Contracts Directive, DIRECTIVE 2014/25/EU of 26 February 2014. The tender includes an option relating to the installation of mezzanines. The tender includes an option relating to the execution of 2 office buildings. The option is further described in Draft for Contract section 1.03 and in the construction programme annex 2.02. The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation, and proceeds in three phases; a pre-qualification phase where suitable companies are selected to participate in the tender, an initial tender phase and a negotiation phase with subsequent submission of final tender. Tenderers are made aware that, within the framework of the applicable tender rules, changes may be made to the tender material after the publication of the same, including changes to the construction programme and tender conditions. Tenderers are therefore encouraged to keep up to date with the tender.
