Germany – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Technisches Gebäudemanagement brandschutztechnischer Anlagen

The subject of the present procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the maintenance of fire protection systems at all locations of the Vitos Group. The services include in particular: - regular maintenance and inspection work in accordance with manufacturer specifications as well as relevant standards and guidelines, - fault clearance and repair including spare parts provision, - provision of the maintenance, testing and plant documentation available within the scope of service provision as well as technical support for the contracting authority in connection with legally prescribed expert and competent person inspections, insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the inspection, - ensuring the operational and functional capability of the systems. The contract is concluded at the moment of award. It is planned to award the contract in week 39. The start of the service is 01.01.2027. The contract ends on 31.12.2030. The service will be awarded in regional lots. The service is to be provided in full and independently for each lot. The bidder can bid for several lots at the same time or for only one lot. In particular, the following lots are involved: - Lot 1 (HAI, NOH, TLH) - Lot 2 (GMR, HAI) - Lot 3 (HER, TLH) - Lot 4 (RHG, TLH) - Lot 5 (HER, HTS, RHG, RMG) - Lot 6 (RHG, TLH) A detailed description of the lots can be found in annexes 2.1 and 2.2. Vitos gGmbH is awarding the contract as a contracting authority in accordance with § 15 of the Regulation on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by way of an Open Procedure. The direct contractual partners of the framework contract concluded here are the contracting authority (Vitos gGmbH) and the contractor (awarded bidder) according to the tender documents. The subsidiaries of Vitos gGmbH and Vitos gGmbH (entitled companies) will obtain the services at the agreed conditions. The orders are placed by and on behalf of the respective entitled company.
