Finland – Repair and maintenance services of electrical distribution equipment – OSALLISTUMISPYYNTÖ: Suurjännitteisen verkon kunnossapitopalvelut (voimajohdot)

Caruna Oy invites applications to participate in the tender for the maintenance of high-voltage grid power lines. The procurement is divided into four geographical Areas: Area 1 Southern Finland, Area 2 Southwestern Finland, Area 3 Western Finland, Area 4 Northern Finland. Applicants may apply to be tenderers in one, several, or all Areas. The applicant must indicate in the application for participation the Areas in which it wishes to be a tenderer. This is done in the section "Tender Subject Criteria". NOTE! The applicant must indicate that it is applying to be a tenderer for all the Areas for which it intends to submit a tender. An applicant cannot be accepted as a tenderer for an Area that it has not indicated in its application for participation. A tenderer may only submit a tender for the Areas for which it has been accepted as a tenderer. The services to be procured and the geographical areas are described in more detail in the appendix to the invitation to participate, in the tender request draft in the attachment 01 Palvelukuvaus_LUONNOS.zip. The service description and its attachments are drafts. The subject of the procurement will be specified during the negotiation process. The contract will enter into force upon signature. The duration of the contract is 4+3+3 years. The duration of the contract is calculated to start from when the service production responsibility has been transferred to the contractor for the entire contract. The service production responsibility will be transferred from the current suppliers no later than 01.03.2027.
