Poland – Passenger cars – Dostawa samochodów oznakowanych i nieoznakowanych na potrzeby jednostek administracji rządowej

The subject of the contract is the supply of 9 new factory-made motor vehicles, produced no earlier than 2026, for the needs of the Pomorskie Customs and Tax Office in Gdynia, the Border Sanitary-Epidemiological Station, and the Voivodeship Plant Protection and Seed Inspection in Gdańsk, including:

- 5 marked estate cars for PUCS

- 1 marked pick-up for PUCS

- 1 personal goods microbus for PUCS

- 1 estate car for GSSE

- 1 estate car van for WIORIN

The subject of the contract is described in the annexes to the SWZ:

1) Technical specification in terms of minimum technical parameters and functionality – accordingly for parts according to annex: no. 1A - part I; no. 1B – part II, no. 1C – part III, no. 1D – part IV and no. 1E – part V

2) provisions contained in the draft contract clauses - Annex no. 4 – part I-V,

3) marking of KAS service vehicles - in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Finance and Economy of 21 January 2026 on the marking of service vehicles of the Customs Administration (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 131) - concerns part I and II.

Required warranties:

1) for all components: mechanical, electrical, electronic – covering the correct operation of the car, material and factory defects – minimum 24 months. Note! The warranty period indicated in point 1) is one of the criteria for evaluating offers.

2) for the paint coating – minimum 24 months,

3) for body perforation - minimum 48 months.

All requirements specified in the functional-technical specifications of the vehicle for parts I-V are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5) of the Pzp.

The contract is divided into five parts:

Part I - marked estate car – 5 units

Part II - marked pick-up – 1 unit

Part III - personal goods microbus – 1 unit

Part IV - estate car – 1 unit

Part V - estate car van – 1 unit
