The SZW is seeking a party, or a combination of two parties, that can set up a learning evaluation around the 13 new pilot starting tracks. The evaluation must be designed in such a way that during the evaluation, the concept of starting tracks and the working mechanisms thereof are further defined, elaborated and (with evidence) substantiated. The main objective of the learning evaluation is: to further develop the evidence-based practice of (the working mechanisms of) the concept of starting tracks. Based on the experience figures of the past years and the expected future need, the size of the Contract has been estimated. The estimated value of the Contract is € 250,000, -- excluding VAT for the initial term. For the new pilots (maximum 14) an additional budget of € 15,000, -- excluding VAT is available per pilot, therefore the total estimated budget for this contract is € 460,000, -- excluding VAT over the entire term of the contract, including extension.
