In the pre-project (subject of this tender), the internal requirements of the UzK, particularly the processes in Technical Building Management (sub-project in the pre-project (TPV 1)), are to be recorded and optimized in accordance with BPNM (priorities 1 and 2), and a data concept for the collection of CAFM data (TPV 2) is to be created. This is followed by a market analysis to explore market-ready systems (TPV 3) and, in TPV 4, the definition of all technical and IT requirements (including alignment with strategic topics as well as sustainable operating concepts in property management and in the data centre of the University of Cologne). Sub-project 5 (TPV5) then involves the creation of all performance-describing and other technical documents required for the implementation of the main project for the tendering procedures.
