Consists of the public provision of the service of beverages, snacks, sandwiches, packaged products and prepared meals in the centre, under strict compliance with the current legal regulations, with the contribution of the personal, technical and operational means that are necessary during the execution of the contract, and for this purpose the contractor is authorized to use the bar-cafeteria and kitchen facilities of the various centres of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (from which it results as the contractor) under the conditions established in this tender document. The contractor may provide catering services for institutional events that may be organized in the centre in which it provides bar/cafeteria services, within its technical and organizational capabilities. The reason for using this procedure is the lack of own means and the inconvenience of expanding them, so it is necessary to outsource this service.
