The subject of the public contract is the procurement of a personnel and payroll information system (hereinafter also referred to as "PIS") for the Zlín Region. The subject of the public contract is:

a) supply, installation and implementation of the personnel and payroll information system (PIS), in particular all necessary software equipment at all levels including the provision of all necessary third-party licenses, ensuring and implementing a communication interface for connecting with other internal and external information systems of the contracting authority (including public administration systems), integrating PIS into the contracting authority's environment, all work related to the realization of the optimization of the PIS, migration and validation of data from the PIS currently used by the contracting authority, training of PIS users, supply of complete system documentation in online form including current user guides for PIS and preparation of an exit plan according to the contracting conditions, in particular according to Annex 1 of the Invitation to Tender – Preliminary Requirements for the System, Public Contract and its Annexes;

b) provision of operational support for PIS;

c) provision of PIS development; and

d) preparation of an exit plan and cooperation in its implementation.
