The objective of this Contract is to achieve an optimal balance between the satisfaction of internal users, students, visitors and staff of Contracting Authorities on the one hand, and a good cost-effectiveness ratio on the other. The Contracting Authorities ensure clean, representative and well-maintained buildings, where both the regular cleaning service provision, the specialist floor maintenance and the supply and management of sanitary articles contribute to a positive user experience and a hygienic, safe living and working environment. The scope of the contract is the execution of cleaning service provision, the supply of sanitary articles (hardware and consumables) with associated service provision and the provision of specialist floor maintenance. Out of scope of the contract is the execution of window cleaning.
