Construction Project: Staufer Barracks, Kasernenstraße, Pfullendorf - Energy-efficient renovation of Building N3 (D2). The subject of the contract is specialist planning services for Technical Equipment according to Section 4, Part 2 of the HOAI (2021) for the plant groups 1.1.4 "High-voltage systems" and 1.1.5 "Telecommunications and information technology systems". The services to be awarded include: the Special Services of Performance Level 1 (LST 1, LPH 1-4); Basic Services of LST 1 are not the subject of the contract, the Basic Services and Special Services of Performance Levels 2-4 (LST 2-4) for the performance phases 5-8 (LPH 5-8). The estimated total construction costs amount to 3,650,000 € gross (estimated costs of cost groups 200-600 according to DIN 276:2018-12). Planning start: 02.11.2026, Construction start: 01.02.2027, Completion: 18.12.2028. Task description: In the Staufer Barracks in Pfullendorf, the command building N3 is to be renovated according to EGB 55. The planned measure provides for "meaningful application without certification" with regard to sustainability BNB. The extension will be provided with an upper floor. The original extension for an emergency power generator will be demolished and the excavation pit backfilled. The existing emergency staircase tower will be renewed. An additional emergency staircase for the extension will be erected. This building was constructed in the 1980s as a two-storey solid structure with a slightly offset single-storey extension. The rectangular main building (approx. 36 x 14m) is based on a crawl space made of reinforced concrete. The extension (17 x 14m) is fully basemented. The floors above were constructed with interior and exterior walls in masonry and the floor ceilings and the roof termination in reinforced concrete. EGB55 Renovation: The contribution of electrical engineering is the erection of a PV system on the roof and a facade PV system, for which battery storage systems with twice 80 kWh will be set up. The entire lighting of the building will be converted to LED lights. Extension Upper Floor: An additional storey will be built on the extension. This storey (120m²) will be divided into the following rooms: conference room, office, kitchenette, ladies' and gents' WC, corridor, terrace. An emergency staircase will be erected for this extension. Electrical and network installations will be necessary for this. The rooms will be supplied from the sub-distribution then located in the corridor. The supply line to the UV must be pulled. Demolition "Emergency Power Cellar": The existing electrical installation must be dismantled and adapted.
