The procurement procedure used is the restricted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 2°, R. 2161-6 to R. 2161-9 and R. 2161-11 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid for by specific contracts. The present SAD concerns the renewal of vehicles and equipment contributing to the maintenance and operation of roads. The need concerns the acquisition for these operational agencies of vehicles, equipment and tools related to road maintenance. These acquisitions may concern new or used equipment.
