Estonia – Experimental development services – Innovaatiliste lahenduste hankimine 50-aastaste ja vanemate inimeste kaasamiseks (Sotsiaalministeerium)

Innovation partners are sought for the Ministry of Social Affairs to develop, pilot and implement innovative interventions to shape attitudes towards people aged 50 and over, and to involve, activate and retain them in the labour market. To achieve the objective of the tender, innovation methods will be used to find solutions to the complexity of involving older people, develop new services and obtain feedback. The proposed solutions must be innovative in the Estonian context, but not globally innovative, i.e. best practices used in other countries may be taken as a basis and adapted to the Estonian context. The proposed ideas may be technological or partially technological. Innovation does not necessarily mean a technological solution, it could be, for example, a developed cooperation model, training, etc. However, the solution must contain an innovative element. / Exclusion and qualification criteria: See the tender documents.
