Poland – Teaching equipment – Dostawa i montaż wyposażenia do Zespołu Szkół Morskich w Gdańsku przy ul. Wyzwolenia, w ramach programu Gdańsk Miastem Zawodowców - etap II - część A i część C

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment for the Zespołu Szkół Morskich in Gdańsk at ul. Wyzwolenia, as part of the Gdańsk Miastem Zawodowców - Stage II - Part A and Part C. 2. The subject of the contract covers three parts: 1) Part No. I: Supply and installation of a 3D printer; 2) Part No. II: Supply of a model of a steering machine; 3) Part No. III: Supply and installation of IT equipment. 3. The scope of the contract covers the supply and installation of equipment for the Zespołu Szkół Morskich in Gdańsk. The subject of the supply must be factory new, unused, free from defects and complete. 4. The required technical parameters of the movable equipment that is the subject of the contract and the specified quantitative requirements are set out in the annexes to the OPZ: 1) Annex No. 1a and 1b to the OPZ constituting Annex No. 7.1 to the SWZ (regarding Part No. I and No. II); 2) Annex No. 1 to the OPZ constituting Annex No. 7.2 to the SWZ (regarding Part No. III); 5. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for implementation have been specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 7.1 to the SWZ – for Part No. I and No. II and Annex No. 7.2 to the SWZ - for Part No. III. The remaining conditions for the implementation of the contract have been specified in the Draft provisions of the agreement on the public contract, constituting respectively Annex No. 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 to the SWZ for the given part of the contract. 6. The contract is co-financed from the funds of the European Union within the Project „Gdańsk Miastem Zawodowców - development of infrastructure and equipment of vocational schools in Gdańsk – Stage II” within the Programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Pomorza 2021-2027, Priority 6. European funds for socially strong Pomerania (EFRR), Action 6.2. Infrastructure for inclusive and vocational education, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
