Finland – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to aircraft, railways, roads and marine equipment – Osallistumishakemuspyyntö: Polttoaineiden jakelujärjestelmää koskevat palvelut

This document is a call for participation in a tender. The tender invitation is issued to the selected candidates who have met the security and suitability requirements set out in this call for participation. The services related to the fuel distribution system have been divided into two sub-areas in the tender: Sub-area 1: Information System and Sub-area 2: Distribution Equipment. Sub-area 1: Information System The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and further development services of the information system for land and maritime fuel distribution and aviation fuel distribution, • server services and computers, • procurement and management of identifiers required for refuelling (smart cards and tags), • physical devices and their components included in the information system sub-area of the distribution stations, maintenance service, maintenance and repair services (e.g. ground measurement sensors) (only for land and maritime distribution stations), • maintenance and procurement of spare parts inventory for physical devices included in the information system sub-area of the distribution stations (normal and exceptional conditions, e.g. ground measurement sensors) (only for land and maritime distribution stations). Sub-area 2: The subject of the procurement is the land and maritime fuel distribution • physical devices and their components included in the distribution equipment sub-area of the distribution stations, maintenance service, maintenance and repair services, further development services (e.g. fuel pumps), • maintenance and procurement of spare parts inventory for physical devices (normal and exceptional conditions) (e.g. fuel pumps). The subject of the procurement does not include maintenance, development, and maintenance and repair services for the physical devices and components of aviation fuel pumps. The services/areas related to fuel distribution (information system and distribution equipment) are an integrated system that requires close cooperation between the selected suppliers so that the whole functions in the best possible way. However, the bidder may submit their bid for either or both sub-areas. The cooperation obligation during the contract period is an absolute requirement. The number of physical distribution stations is 50-80 depending on the calculation method during the contract period. The distribution stations are located across the entire geographical area of Finland, both north-south and east-west, including the archipelago. There are physical services to be carried out at the distribution stations in both sub-areas, for example, annual maintenance of equipment and equipment. The duration of the contract is four (4) years, after which there is an option for a three (3) year extension, in which the options can also be redeemed annually as needed. The planned start of the contract period is 1.1.2027 for both sub-areas. The options for the sub-areas can be redeemed independently of each other, i.e. the option for one sub-area can be redeemed even if the option for the other sub-area is not redeemed.
