The subject of the contract is the manufacture of test specimens for material characterisation tests. This is a framework agreement with a duration of 5 years (3 firm years and 2 optional years of 12 months each). This framework agreement concerns precision machining work by removal of chips. It is to be carried out by a Specialised Company equipped with adequate machinery for the manufacture of test specimens intended for laboratory research tests on materials. These test specimens are to be made in accordance with machining drawings provided by EDF.
