Romania – Hospital facilities construction work – Executie lucrari pentru obiectivul„Reabilitare termică a pavilionului C17-Fizioterapie, Psihiatrie Copii”

The subject of the contract is the execution of works related to the objective "Thermal rehabilitation of pavilion C17-Physiotherapy, Child Psychiatry". The total estimated value of the works execution contract is 38,422,895.73 lei excluding VAT. The project envisages energy efficiency of building C17 – Physiotherapy, child psychotherapy, therefore, the destinations, functions and fire resistance will remain the same. Through the energy renovation of building C17, intervention works are proposed, which aim to reduce primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as the specific annual final energy consumption for heating. Building C17 – PHYSIOTHERAPY, CHILD PSYCHOTHERAPY, has a height regime of S+P+3E, and consists of patient lounges, medical offices, medical recovery spaces, sanitary groups, storage spaces and technical spaces. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information are addressed within the period set by the data sheet, namely 20 days, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information with at least 12 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement with subsequent amendments and additions.
