Description

Architectural and electrical technological installation, reconstruction and restoration tasks to be carried out on the main distribution network, main distribution substations, and the entire service area of MVM Émász Áramhálózati Kft. within the framework of the Dynamic Procurement System. The Invitation to Tender outlines in the procurement documents the tasks for which a DBR is to be established. The Invitation to Tender, in the course of implementing the DBR (second part of the DBR), in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, shall make available to the Bidders included in the DBR the precise technical description, quantities and contractual terms for the specific procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the dispatch of the tender invitation sent out in the second part of the DBR. The duration of the DBR: 48 months. The Invitation to Tender divides the participation section into categories, with the term "section" in the invitation to participate referring exclusively to technical matters, and under "sections" the Invitation to Tender understands the category in accordance with Section 106 (4) of the Public Procurement Act. The categories of the dynamic procurement system and the planned amounts are as follows:

1. Category: Substation construction and reconstruction: net 50 577 580 000,- HUF

2. Category: Overhead line construction and reconstruction: net 25 994 750 225,- HUF

The Invitation to Tender, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, shall make available the precise technical description and contractual terms for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the dispatch of the tender invitation(s). The Invitation to Tender, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to determine, in the course of implementing the DBR, simultaneously with the dispatch of the tender invitation, and in relation to the specific procurement needs set out therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements – a sub-tendering opportunity in the tender invitation.
