The subject of the public procurement is the supply of a new redundant virtualization infrastructure for the VMware ESXi platform based on 25GbE Ethernet connectivity, utilizing the iSCSI protocol for access to shared disk storage. The delivered solution must form an interoperable and fully functional unit designed for high availability, redundant data paths, and uninterrupted operation. The delivery includes virtualization servers, disk arrays, and LAN switches, along with all necessary accessories, optical modules, cabling, and licenses essential for the full functionality of the solution. Further specifications of the subject of delivery are contained in the annexes of the tender documentation. Given the nature of the information and its protection under Act No. 264/2025 Sb., the Act on Cybersecurity, the contracting authority will provide Annex No. 1 - Specification of the Subject of Delivery of the tender documentation upon request by the supplier and against the submitted non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed by them in the wording of Annex 7 of the tender documentation. The non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or for the supplier. If the agreement is signed by a proxy, the power of attorney, which was granted to such a person for this purpose, must be attached to the agreement.
