The Syctom offers, to the inhabitants of Ivry-sur-Seine, a local alternative to accommodate their bulky or hazardous waste through temporary voluntary drop-off systems, known as "mobile waste disposal sites". This system aims to achieve maximum valorisation in existing dedicated channels, while respecting the environment, the living conditions of citizens, and sustainable development. The Syctom's objective is also to raise user awareness about reuse, promote the eco-citizen action of sorting bulky waste at the source, and limit illegal dumping in towns. The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement with order forms, concluded for a firm period of 1 year from its notification date, renewable 3 times for 1 year. The contract is concluded without a minimum, and with a maximum of 350 000€ VAT exclusive over the firm period of 1 year. For each renewal year, a maximum of 350 000€ VAT exclusive is set. There is no minimum threshold.
