Poland – Washing and dry-cleaning services – Świadczenie kompleksowej usługi pralniczej wraz z wdrożeniem systemu identyfikacji RFID oraz dzierżawą bielizny ogólnoszpitalnej- znak sprawy Z/91/PN/26

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of comprehensive services, including the implementation by the Contractor of an RFID identification system in accordance with the Price Form, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Subject of Contract Description, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ, and the Draft Contract Clauses, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The service will be provided by the Contractor in relation to: 1) the laundry assortment owned by the Contracting Authority, specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form – Table 1, 2) the laundry assortment leased by the Contracting Authority from the Contractor under the right of option, on the terms specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ and Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form – Table 2. 3. The RFID identification system must ensure at least: 1) unique identification of each tagged item of laundry assortment; 2) automatic and contactless reading of the tagged laundry assortment; 3) the possibility of reading multiple items of laundry assortment simultaneously; 4) recording the acceptance and issue of the laundry assortment; 5) monitoring the circulation of the laundry assortment between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor; 6) the possibility of controlling the number of washing cycles of each tagged item of laundry assortment; 7) the possibility of continuous quantitative control of the laundry assortment and identification of shortages; 8) durability of marking for the entire required period of use, taking into account multiple washing, disinfection, drying, ironing and other laundry processes; 9) unambiguous assignment of an identifier to a specific item of laundry assortment; 10) ensuring the security and integrity of data; 11) the possibility of generating reports regarding the quantity, circulation and usage history of the laundry assortment; 12) the possibility of integration with the internet system/program required by the Contracting Authority. 4. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender form, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, the address of the Contractor's laundry and the address of the backup laundry, where laundry services will be provided. 5. The Contracting Authority has specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ and Annex 6 to the SWZ the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority informs that in the present procedure conducted in the open tendering procedure, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the p.z.p. law. The Contracting Authority, by applying the aforementioned procedure, will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the tenders, and then carry out the substantive qualification of the Contractor, whose tender has been highest evaluated in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
