The subject of the contract is the purchase of services for the development and support in the analysis, design, construction and implementation of a solution consisting of several modules to be specified. This solution must be able to convert any voyage intention of a skipper into a planning for a skipper. This must take into account a large number of parameters (e.g. availability of artworks (lock or movable bridge), weather conditions, other already planned voyages of other ships, etc.), availability of operators for the operation of the artworks. The modules must be able to process future – parameters not yet known or determined today. During the dialogues, we would like to explore which technological possibilities are already available and what is likely to be possible in the future. For clarity, this is not about the technological possibilities to interact with ships.
