The subject of this procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with VDV-ETS, which it concludes on behalf of the German public transport sector. This is the award of a framework agreement for the benefit of third parties, which sets out the terms under which the entitled parties (transport companies and associations) can conclude individual orders for the delivery of (((etiCORE-compatible user media. The subject of the supply services are contactless chip cards. The (((etiCORE-applet located on the chip cards is provided by VDV-ETS. This is already to be factored into the bid price. The development of its own applet by the contractor is not the subject of this tender.
