The contract is not divided into lots. The contract is a mixed contract (Lump sum + Unit price). The present contract is divided into one firm section and two optional sections. In the event that one of the optional sections is not confirmed, no standby or compensation fee will be paid to the Contractor. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 5 years from the date of notification. It may be renewed twice without the total duration exceeding 7 years.
