La Poste wishes to establish framework agreements for the provision of Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for all of its administrative, commercial, or industrial establishments of La Poste and its subsidiary La Poste Immobilier located in the administrative regions of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie. The contract is divided into 8 lots:
- Lot No. 1: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 11, 66
- Lot No. 2: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 30, 34, 48
- Lot No. 3: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 09, 31, 32, 65
- Lot No. 4: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 12, 46, 81, 82
- Lot No. 5: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 16, 86, 17, 79
- Lot No. 6: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 23, 19, 87, 24
- Lot No. 7: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 33, 47
- Lot No. 8: Minor Maintenance and Minor Repairs services for La Poste and La Poste Immobilier sites in departments 40, 64
The contracting group consists of La Poste and:

La Poste acts as the coordinator of the contracting group. The processing of La Poste's data, including hosting, backup, and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a country in the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
