This concerns a non-competitive procurement for leadership development for UMC Utrecht. UMC Utrecht wishes to have one integrated programme for leadership development in the transformation. The programme combines leadership, behavioural development and management into one programme in which knowledge, skills and learning in practice continuously reinforce each other. This builds a common leadership language and a consistent way of leading and collaborating that fits the ambitions of the UMC Utrecht.
