Netherlands – Payroll management services – Europees openbare aanbesteding Salarisadministratie Dienstverlening

The payroll administration is currently outsourced to an external party, which performs these tasks for approximately 10 to 12 hours per week and, if necessary, ad hoc consultancy services. This party is responsible for the periodic payroll processing and related tasks as described in Annex F – Tasks. The personnel administration is housed within the HR team, part of the HR & Organisational Development department and is carried out by three part-time employees. They are responsible for the delivery, checking and processing of various personnel changes. Since January 2023, work has been done with the AFAS system. A large part of the HR and payroll processes is arranged via workflows within this system. This ensures a structured and digitised way of working, but also requires specific system knowledge and support. This contract is a framework agreement with a total estimated value of € 203,000, excluding VAT, for the entire duration of the agreement of 4 years (including extension options).
