Germany – Engineering services – Wasserzweckverband Bienwald - Vergabe der Planungsleistungen „Neubau Wasserwerk Schaidt“

The Wasserzweckverband Bienwald intends to construct a new waterworks facility, as the existing building and storage capacity no longer meet the requirements. The procedure involves the award of planning services for the new construction of the Schaidt waterworks. The services advertised include the HOAI performance phases 4-9 for engineering structures (storage tanks, open-channel drainage, underground pipes, settling basins, sewage pumps, civil engineering works), buildings (operational buildings with social and workspaces), building physics (thermal insulation, energy balance, fire protection), structural design (performance phases 4-6), external facilities, and on-site construction supervision. Additionally, tasks to support the client and to apply for grants are included. The planning of the technical equipment has already been awarded separately.
