France – Landfill-gas electricity generating plant construction work – Fourniture, pose de panneaux photovoltaïques en toiture, ombrières ou au sol

This consultation concerns the installation of rooftop, carport, or ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants on property belonging to municipalities/EPCs that have joined the SICECO service for the development of renewable energies for the "construction of a rooftop, carport, or ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant, for individual or collective self-consumption or for total sale". The projects are progressively entrusted to SICECO by delegation of the project management of the municipalities/EPCs adhering to SICECO once the opportunity or feasibility has been validated, as well as, in some cases, a structural study. The need to be met corresponds to several phases listed below:

- Phase 1 - Development of photovoltaic power plants (ready to build stage): validation of the suitable technical solution (phase 1a) and authorisations (phase 1b),

- Phase 2 - Construction of photovoltaic power plants: preparation, execution of works until the commissioning of the installations. The power plants will therefore be installed and commissioned progressively, with the entire portfolio being in the operational phase for a period of 30 years.
