The operation involves a restructuring of an occupied site and a drawer operation, the aim of which is to develop the attractiveness and accessibility of the site. The complex comprises 782 housing units as well as a cafeteria, a laundry room, study rooms, various activity rooms, administrative offices and premises for the CROUS dining hall. A phasing by wing must be planned in 3 work lots of approximately 1.5 years each, and will ensure the safety of residents and service continuity on the site (cafeteria, laundry room, access to housing).
