Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreements will be executed by issuing service orders acting as purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The present framework agreements aim to establish large-scale topographical surveys and to carry out land-related services for the Communauté d'agglomération Territoires vendômois, the municipalities of Vendôme, Saint-Ouen, Naveil and Lunay on the territories for which they are responsible (public domain and private domain). These five entities make up the purchasing group. The Communauté d'agglomération Territoires vendômois (coordinator of the purchasing group) will be in charge of the award, signature and notification of the framework agreements. The execution of the framework agreements will be the responsibility of each of the members of the purchasing group.
