The contract covers the overhaul of various brake caliper assemblies of the Wiesel weapon carrier system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their offers that the information for the respective lots is derived solely from historical values estimated requirements and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required in a lot for the respective supply numbers. In each case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity summarised in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not oblige the AG to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
