Poland – Medical equipments – 294/PN/2026 Dostawa sprzętu medycznego dla UCK

1. The subject of the procedure is implemented with a specific grant from the Minister of Health for the implementation in 2026 of the task: "purchase of equipment and apparatus" within the National Transplant Programme by purchasing equipment and apparatus for heart transplant centres with the highest transplant activity. 2. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b and 4c to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of the Contracting Authority's staff. 3. The subject of this order includes the following parts: Part 1 – Patient Lift (2 units) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a to SWZ; Part 2 – Videobronchofiberscope (2 units) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4b to SWZ; Part 3 – Thromboelastometer (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to SWZ; 4. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b and 4c to SWZ. Failure to meet any of the boundary conditions specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b and 4c to SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer.
