From the Asociación Inserta Empleo, the provision of LABOUR REACTIVATION ACTIONS TO BOOST THE EMPLOYABILITY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE WORKSHOP "OPENING DOORS. SENIOR TALENT", of 20 hours each workshop, throughout the national territory is tendered. The objective is to facilitate the labour reactivation of people over 45 years old with disabilities who, despite having professional experience, are out of the labour market for various reasons: personal (such as loss of confidence or lack of motivation), social (such as isolation or lack of support network), or structural (such as the rigidity of selection processes, lack of accessibility in work environments or lack of job adaptation). The service seeks to recover their professional prominence, strengthen their work self-esteem and generate new job opportunities through the Workshop “Opening Doors. Senior Talent”. The Opening Doors. Senior Talent Workshop aims to promote and foster employability and labour reintegration, working on those skills especially linked to senior talent: - Adaptability to change. - Knowledge and experience management - Interpersonal communication - Emotional intelligence - Proactivity and decision making - Teamwork and collaboration - Self-management of time and personal organisation - Goal orientation. These skills will be worked on through a set of actions and resources designed to be innovative, attractive and highly motivating. Its creative approach, adapted to the interests and learning styles of potential participants, seeks not only to reinforce the contents worked on, but also to awaken their active involvement in the process, facilitating a dynamic, close and aligned learning experience with the real challenges of the current labour environment. The maximum number of actions to be carried out in the initial period is set by the total amount of the contract referred to in this tender (up to a maximum of 200,000 euros), taking into account the final adjudication price per action, and the needs of the beneficiaries of the programmes at each moment.
