The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of air-cooled chilled water units, circulating pumps, control and measurement equipment, monitoring with the adaptation of the hydraulic installation to the existing receiver installation and receiver devices (central ventilation units) along with their configuration and commissioning at the Polish Radio S.A. facility at 59 Modzelewskiego Street, as well as the training of the Contracting Authority's staff in the operation of the modernised cooling node and the updated system with the above elements of the BMS, as well as the visualisation and diagnostics of the alarm states of the supplied devices. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions for the execution of the contract include the projected provisions of the agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
