- Minimum Framework Agreement: 311,496.00 lei, excluding VAT.

- Maximum Framework Agreement: 780,208.00 lei, excluding VAT.

- Minimum Subsequent Contract: 42,087.00 lei, excluding VAT.

- Maximum Subsequent Contract: 97,526.00 lei, excluding VAT.

- Value of the largest subsequent contract = 97,526.00 lei, excluding VAT.

Estimated frequency: subsequent contracts will generally be awarded, once per quarter or as needed, depending on the requests of the clinical laboratory.
