France – Ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – IC ENLS-08 - PAC 4 CANTONS ET MURISSERIE

This contract concerns the replacement of 2 current gas boilers with a hybrid solution of Heat Pumps + gas boiler at the 4 Cantons metro site and a heat pump to complement the current gas boiler at the Murisserie tram site. The services of this contract include, in particular: - All precautions to avoid potential damage to public roads, nuisances, and pollution, - Studies and surveys, - Assistance to KEOLIS LILLE ILÉVIA in its procedures with the State services, - Supply of heat pump systems and their storage, - Scheduling of works, - Preparation of works, - Site installations, - Presence of personnel and equipment for the execution of works on site, - Preliminary works, - Electrical supplies from the origin of the installations, - Civil engineering works, - Metal frames for the protection of installations, - As well as any suggestions necessary for the proper functioning and sustainability of the installations.
