Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Nichtoffener städtebaulicher Realisierungswettbewerb "Städtebauliche Entwicklung von Flächen im Umfeld des Fritz-Walter-Stadions" Kaiserslautern | Betzenberg

The procedure will be conducted as a single-phase, non-open urban design implementation competition. A maximum of 20 participants is targeted. The competition will be based on the RPW 2013 in the current version published by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) (version of 31 January 2013), introduced in Rhineland-Palatinate by the decree of the Ministry of Finance of 22 May 2013 and by the administrative regulation of 1 June 2014. The basis of the competition is also the leaflet 51 of the Chamber of Architects of Baden-Württemberg for the "Urban Design Concept as Informal Planning". The application and recognition of the aforementioned bases, in particular the RPW 2013, is binding for the organiser, participants and all other parties involved, unless this announcement explicitly deviates from it. The organiser, participants and all parties involved in the procedure acknowledge the content of this announcement. The announcement was prepared by the Department of Urban Development in cooperation with the supervising office. The preparation of this competition was advised by the Building Committee of the City of Kaiserslautern, the "Bürgerinitiative Betzenberg" and the Committee Competition and Award of the Chamber of Architects Rhineland-Palatinate. The announcement was registered with the Chamber of Architects Rhineland-Palatinate under the number 4/07/25.
