Telephony T2C is a command and control telephony system deployed for around twenty years at the RATP. It is an essential tool for delivering transport services while ensuring the safety of goods and people. Here are some of its functionalities:

• Reporting and linking of track and platform telephones

• Organisation of train departures and manoeuvres

• Real-time coordination in case of an incident:

• Electrical supply problems on the line

• Signalling incidents in a sector

• Passenger discomfort

• Management of smoke and gas evacuation in case of a fire

• Sounding of terminals

The purpose of the present contract is to define the conditions and modalities for carrying out the following services:

- Supply of equipment aimed at renewing the current system

- Ensuring material and software maintenance

- Associated services
