The subject of the public procurement is the execution of project works (PD), engineering activities (IČ), the performance of the designer's supervision (DP) and cooperation in the selection of the building contractor. The subject of the fulfilment is the processing of project documentation in two separate stages. Each stage will be processed as separate project documentation with its own itemised budget. The fulfilment will also include the processing of one summary budget including both stages.

1. Stage – Reconstruction of the main school building and related infrastructure

The project documentation will address the structural modifications of the main building in the school area and the related infrastructure, in particular:

- Insulation of the perimeter wall of the main building including the design of a new facade,

- Replacement of external parapets,

- Replacement of the roof cladding,

- Insulation of the attic space,

- Design and implementation of a lift to ensure barrier-free access to the building,

- Structural modifications related to the installation of the lift,

- Execution of sanitary plastering in the basement spaces of the building to limit the negative effects of ground moisture and seepage,

- Design of the repair of the rainwater drainage system including the removal of the causes of rainwater penetration into the building,

- Repair of communications, walkways and hardened areas affected by the construction,

- Repair of the enclosure of the area in front of the building along the road including the solution of the exit from the area to the adjacent communication.

2. Stage – Reconstruction of the vocational training and physical education building

The project documentation will address the comprehensive reconstruction of a two-storey building serving for the teaching of vocational training and physical education of the school's pupils, including the modernisation of the technical background and modifications related to the expansion of educational capacities. The scope of the project works will include in particular:

- Complete repair and replacement of the sports parquet in the gym,

- Renewal and modernisation of the sports facilities of the gym,

- Extension of the building with a stand for viewing sports and social events (2 rows of seats),

- Complete reconstruction of the social facilities of the building,

- Replacement of the remaining original windows and luxfers,

- Comprehensive modernisation of all the building's technical equipment (TZB), in particular electrical installations, lighting, heating, sanitary installations, drainage, ventilation and related distribution systems,

- Structural modifications and modernisation of the vocational workshops for the teaching of the Plumbing trade,

- Construction of new facilities for the Masonry trade including the necessary technical and operational equipment,

- Construction of an outdoor shelter with a hardened area for the practical teaching of the Masonry trade,

- Repair of the facade of the building,

- Replacement of the roof covering,

- Design of measures leading to a reduction in the building's energy demand,

- Solution of barrier-free use of the building to the extent required by the applicable legal regulations,

- Design of a change in the heating system of the entire area including related structural and technical modifications,

- Related structural and technical modifications necessary to ensure the safe, economical and efficient operation of the building,

- Design of a change in the heating system of the entire area and related construction works.

As part of the subject of the fulfilment, the method of creating an open structured database of building information Building Information Modeling (hereinafter „BIM“) according to the annex to this contract „Requirements for digitalisation and BIM“, in particular the processing of a digital building model (DIMS) in the stages of Documentation for the permission of intent and Documentation for the execution of the construction, the use of a Common Data Environment (hereinafter „CDE“) and the processing of a BIM Implementation Plan (BEP) will be used. The supplier is obliged to use the Common Data Environment (CDE) and to meet the BIM requirements set out in the contract and its annexes if it is part of the subject of the fulfilment.
