The subject of the public contract is the provision of cleaning services for the interior spaces of the building at Karlovo nám. 7, Karlovo náměstí 6 and Václavská 14 - Václavská pasáž, Václavských garáží and the provision of related services and supplies. As part of the subject of the contract, regular and irregular cleaning is required, as specified in the detailed specification. Regular cleaning: The regular cleaning will be carried out in the scope specified in the Tender Documentation. These are activities that will be regularly ensured and performed. The specification and frequency of services within the regular cleaning are listed in the tables for determining the bid price for the individual parts (a total of 3 tables). Further detailed conditions for the performance of regular cleaning of the interior spaces of the buildings are set out in the Commercial Conditions in the form of a draft contract. Irregular cleaning: Irregular cleaning will be carried out based on the order of the contracting authority. Irregular cleaning will always be carried out upon request, in the scope determined by the contracting authority (future customer) and will be charged according to the actual work performed and the unit price of irregular cleaning, which the participant will indicate in their bid.
