HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is procuring fixed hospital equipment for the Haartmaninkatu 3 Pathology and Genetics Changes project, in accordance with the tender invitation and its documents. The HUS Pathology and Genetics Space Change Project involves the relocation of the HUS Diagnostic Centre's Meilahti Pathology Central Laboratory to the B and C wings of the building at Haartmaninkatu 3, owned by Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, which are being renovated in phases and mainly leased to the HUS Diagnostic Centre. The site address is Haartmaninkatu 3, 00290 Helsinki. The procurement programme is directed at the separate procurements of the HUS Pathology and Genetics Space Change Project. HUS Kiinteistöt Oy acts as the procuring entity for these separate procurements (REH): Fixed Hospital Equipment (KSL), Procurement Lot KSL 1 is divided into three (3) sub-areas, focusing on special utility columns, special utility columns - curved with hatch, and utility table. The procurement sub-area is purchased from one supplier. The supplier may offer one or more different procurement sub-areas and provide alternative tenders.
