The municipality of Amstelveen is looking for a contractor to carry out absence guidance for its absent employees with the aim of guiding work incapacity towards employability and sustainably maintaining it. At an individual level, this means that the absent employee is effectively guided towards optimal employability at work within the current legislation and, if necessary, with the use of the available provider range.
