The scope of protection includes: the protection of persons and property carried out by uniformed, qualified physical security personnel of the Special Armed Security Formation (SUFO) 24/7 on a shift basis every day of the week, and during specified hours on weekdays, involving direct physical protection, as well as 24/7 protection of persons and property carried out by security forces deployed outside these sites and directed from remote monitoring centres. The service is to be provided in accordance with the provisions of: the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property of 22 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2025.532 item of 2025.04.24), the Act on the Protection of Classified Information of 5 August 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2025.1209 item of 2025.09.02), the Act on Firearms and Ammunition of 21 May 1999 (Journal of Laws of 2024.485 item of 2024.04.02), the Act on Means of Direct Coercion and Firearms of 24 May 2013 (Journal of Laws of 2026.244 item of 2026.03.02), the Instruction on the Protection of Military Objects and Escorted Property Sztab. Gen. 1705/2023 and the Operational and Technical Requirements for the XIX group SpW - Special Systems and Equipment for the Protection of Objects of 08.05.2020, the Order No. 59/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 11 December 2017 on the selection and use of physical security measures to protect classified information (Official Journal of the MON of 2017 item 227 of 12.12.2017).
